gollark: Actually yes, this is an excellent idea, you could even share code between service files.
gollark: Hmm, Rust has dhall. Maybe I should be using dhall instead of TOML, as dhall good.
gollark: And the IRC server should *probably* start only after networking is established, but I don't think that's strictly necessary.

gollark: Oh, and mpd has to start after icecast, but before random-stuff, which also has to run after the IRC server.
