Yui Kamiji and Jordanne Whiley were the defending champions, but lost in the semifinals to Marjolein Buis and Sabine Ellerbrock.
Jiske Griffioen and Aniek van Koot won the title, defeating Buis and Ellerbrock in the final, 7–6(7–3), 6–1.
