Event format
Over the course of 12 elimination races, 20 heats each rider raced against every other rider once. The riders get placed in a main event according to their earned points.

gollark: Take Minetest and Minecraft Java Edition. Minetest is FOSS and waaaay better designed, but it's just somehow worse to use than Minecraft, probably because it has less content and less of a UX focus.
gollark: The driver support thing is also because Microsoft is okay with the drivers being arch-specific proprietary binary blobs, which works in the *short* term.
