2000 Missouri Valley Conference Men's Basketball Tournament

The 2000 Missouri Valley Conference Men's Basketball Tournament was played from March 3-6, 2000 at the Savvis Center in St. Louis, Missouri at the conclusion of the 1999–2000 regular season. The Creighton Bluejays won their 6th MVC Tournament title to earn an automatic bid to the 2000 NCAA Tournament.
