1 Journal Square
1 Journal Square is a skyscraper complex at Journal Square in Jersey City, New Jersey proposed by the Kushner Real Estate Group.[1][2] It will reportedly consist of two towers, one 70 stories and other 50 stories with roughly 3,000 residential units and 160,000 square feet if commercial space.

There was a previously approved design by Becker + Becker Associates that was being developed by Harwood Properties.[3] Construction was never started on the project and Harwood eventually sold the property in January 2015.[4]
In August 2019, Kushner Companies lost a lawsuit in which they claimed they were unfairly denied tax abatements due the project.[5][6]
