1983 Missouri Valley Conference Men's Basketball Tournament

The 1983 Missouri Valley Conference Men's Basketball Tournament was played in Normal, Illinois after the conclusion of the 1982–1983 regular season. The Illinois State Redbirds won their first MVC Tournament title to earn an automatic bid to the 1983 NCAA Tournament.
