Érica de Sena

Érica Rocha de Sena (born 3 May 1985) is a female racewalker from Brazil. She is the only Brazilian to win a medal at the IAAF World Race Walking Team Championships, after inheriting the 20 km race bronze in the 2016 race, held in Rome.[2]

Career

In the same event, Sena also has the country's best racewalking performance by a woman at the Olympic Games, with a seventh place in the 2016 Rio de Janeiro games,[3] and the World Championships in Athletics, a sixth place in 2015, held in Beijing, China.[4]

Personal life

She is married to an Ecuadorian race walker, Andrés Chocho.[5]

gollark: Apparently the plan is to try and keep the number of cases manageable but not keep people too isolated by changing the "restrictions" (recommendations right now) for a year or so.
gollark: The UK appears to mostly be going for just *asking* people not to go out much right now, and obviously shutting schools.

gollark: And after the panic-buying began there was, well, not much food available, so it made (makes?) *some* sense to buy some when it is.
