Woodsaps

Woodsaps were large, red, sweet, juicy fruits which were edible found in the Deepwoods. They were also were shiny and had and syrupy flesh. Twig liked them and they were mentioned in The Curse of the Gloamglozer and Beyond the Deepwoods. Goblins carried them and once they dropped a whole batch on the floor which astounded Twig.
