The Hall of Grey Cloud was the section of the Knights Academy in Sanctaphrax where Lower Halls Squires learned how to look after prowlgrins. The squires each raised their own prowlgrin from a pup and trained them for stormchasing voyages. The Hall Master of Grey Cloud during the Quint Trilogy was Fenviel Vendix.
582 prowlgrins could be kept in the prowlgrin stables at Grey Cloud, ready for the Knights academic-in-waiting.[1]
Tether Hall
The Skymarshals of New Sanctaphrax took over the Knights Academy around 600 ᴇ.ʏ. and transformed the prowlgrin stables into the Tether Hall where they kept their phraxcraft.[1]
