Sepia Storms

Sepia Storms were clouds of phraxdust kicked up by the energy of Great Storms in the Twilight Woods. Rook was caught in a sepia storm in Freeglader, and it robbed him of his memory and made him glow. He later regained it when the Elves of Lullabee Island let him sleep in a catebird cocoon.
