Sapgrapes

Sapgrapes were sweet, juicy grapes that grew on vines in the Deepwoods, similar to woodgrapes. They were cultivated in the fields near Hive in the Third Age of Flight, and also grew wild in the Farrow Ridges. They could be pressed and fermented to create sapwine, an alcoholic drink, or they could simply be eaten fresh, bought from street vendors in Low Town.
