Next-Most High Academe

The Next-Most High Academe was a ceremonial title given to a chosen person by the Most High Academe of Sanctaphrax. Next-Most High Academes played a central role in the ceremonies on Treasury Day. The reason that the Next-Most High Academe carried out the ceremony instead of the Most High Academe was because during the great purges, the Most High Academe was an Earth-Scholar, and the Next-Most High Academe was therefore the one who led the Sky-Scholars to victory.
