Mottled waifs

Mottled waifs were a rare variety of waif found in the Nightwoods. Like all waifs, they possessed the ability to communicate silently via telepathy. They had blotch, mottled skin. During the Third Age of Flight, mottled waifs settled in the city of Riverrise. They were mentioned in The Immortals.
