Loess

Loess was the mother of Maugin, and a termagant trog. She knew that once Maugin had her blooding, she would lose her love for Blink, a Prowlgrin that was Maugin's pet. She managed to persuade her to let Blink go, and it was that event that changed Maugin's life.
