High Librarian

The High Librarian was the most senior academic of the Earth-Scholars. In early Sanctaphrax, the Most High Academe was always chosen from the ranks of the High Librarians. Later, during the Second Age of Flight, the High Librarian served as the leader of the Librarians Academic.
