Delberries

Delberries were sweet, edible berries found in the Deepwoods. They were sometimes used in candies and bonbons or were made into sweet jellies and blancmange[1]. Hax Vostillix mistook woodwasp eggs for delberry bonbons because of the coating of sugar applied to the eggs[2]; by the time he noticed his mistake, it was already too late for him to survive the ordeal[3]. They could also be used in medicines and drinks, such as in the elixir Rook Barkwater was given by Hestera Spikesap during his enslavement[4].
