Designating other countries in email

If I am in Wales, UK, and sign up for a hotmail account, will the address indicate that I am in the UK by adding that designation to my email address. For example will it always indicate where I am signing up from ? Such as will I get an automatic email address that ends like the following example?

myname123@hotmail.uk
