Microsoft Word: Sort Document Headings alphabetically

Question

I have a document that contains Names syled in default Heading 1 and some normal Text below similar to.

Busta Rhymes

Trevor Tahiem Smith, Jr., better known by his stage name Busta Rhymes, is an American hip-hop recording artist. Chuck D of Public Enemy gave him the moniker Busta Rhymes, after NFL wide receiver George "Buster" Rhymes.

Anakin Skywalker

Once a heroic Jedi Knight, Darth Vader was seduced by the dark side of the Force, became a Sith Lord, and led the Empire’s eradication of the Jedi Order.

Can I sort the document only by the heading 1? If I try Table...Sort... paragraphs it sorts each line in the entire document alphabetically.

I am running Mac for Word Version 15.12.3
