2a temporary account is a sign of account corruption, when the normal user account is corrupt windows will toss you into a temp account. It could be a hard drive that is failing (bad sectors) or some sort of malware. Run a "chkdsk /r" on the hard drive. – Moab – 2015-09-22T22:28:51.053

1In addition to the above, disconnect your computer from the network in case it is malware, that way you can get into the files you are looking for and help verify its malware. You can also try to do a windows os repair in case something went wrong there. – VenomFangs – 2015-09-22T22:32:23.957

This fix should work for W10 Sometimes this issue will correct itself after several login attempts after rebooting in between each attempt. – Moab – 2015-09-22T22:47:40.567
