Windows 10, Outlook 2013, Zimbra: outlook fails to start since upgrade

0

I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro on my Surface Pro 3 (64-bit) this afternoon and since then my Outlook 2013 (which uses a Zimbra Connector for Microsoft Outlook) has not opened and returns the following error window:

"Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open window. The set of folders cannot be opened. An unexpected error has occurred. MAPI was unable to load the information service LSMSSP.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured."

I've tried the solutions on the Microsoft KB pages to no avail. Any thoughts or further suggestions?

Found the same issue with a client's computer. Reinstalling the connector does not help and when you try to recreate the profile, it simply skips the part where you enter the server name and account details. My guess is flat out incompatibility with windows 10 Tested with 8.0.8.1178 32bit – None – 2015-08-03T07:56:12.963
