Upgrade to Windows 10 will not appear in Tray

I'm currently using (genuine) Windows 7 and it is fully updated. I have checked that the kb3035583 update has been installed on my computer. I have attempted using the method of running the "ReserveWin10.cmd" file. However, nothing appears to be working, as I have still not received the notification in my tray.
