How to have the header to appear on the first page ONLY.
How to have the footer to appear on the last page of ONLY.
e.g If a document has 3 or more pages the first will have the header the last will have the footer.
If the document has two pages; the header will appear on the first page and the footer on the second page.
If the document has only one page it should have both the header and footer.
