I used to update my Win7_x64 & Office2010_x64 regularly with no problem. It's been several months that I can't update anymore and keep receiving this error: 'an unknown error Code 80244021' while trying to update (no difference for a single update or some several updates). I couldn't find anything useful in other related expert forums. Is there any way (except formatting or reinstalling Windows!) to solve this unknown problem?
P.S.: I'm using the very same copy of Windows/Office at home, updating things with no problem.

If you use a proxy try without it. If this started when you installed a new standalone firewall or one that came as part of an anti-malware suite, try disabling that or creating the appropriate exceptions.
