I recently upgraded from a Lenovo G570 to a Thinkpad T440. I had previously connected that G570 to my Olevia 232 S13 without any issue, and streamed movies and such from my laptop to watch them on the TV. I recently tried to do the same on the new T440, and while the correct picture would briefly appear on the TV (my laptop background), it would then quickly (after less than a second) flash black and say "invalid format". I have tried every combination of resolutions possible for both the TV and the laptop, and even changed the refresh rate from 75 to 60 for the TV, all to no avail. The fact the picture briefly shows up only to disappear is the most infuriating part of this...what am I doing wrong?!
