My Intel 330 SSD is really slow compared to the advertised and most average speeds.
Speed results from AS SSD Benchmark:
Running Intel's SSD drive toolbox I ran their optimization, and according to the system tuner Ready Boost, DIPM and defragmentation is turned off.
Is there anything I can do to get the speeds up?
Hardware:
- mobo: ASRock N68-S3 UCC
- CPU: AMD Athlon II 640
- SSD: Intel 330, SATA

the motherboard uses an extreme old nVIDIA chipset, maybe this is the cause of the slowness. – magicandre1981 – 2015-03-30T17:48:12.103
