AOL Mail Message Status - set it to 'Currently Unavailable'

Question

When email is sent from one AOL user to another AOL user, you can go into SENT mail and check to see if the recipient read the mail or not (under check message status). When I read the mail that I get from another AOL user, I do not want the sender to know when I read the mail that was sent to me. How can I turn off this feature. In other words, I want all of my mail in my inbox to show the message status of 'currently unavailable' whether I read it or not.
