If your primary screen doesn't work, how do you know the application is open – Dave – 2014-12-19T12:20:43.643

Actually it's Win+Shift+Left/Right arrow

This is the right answer to switch from one screen to another. – marsh-wiggle – 2014-12-19T12:46:52.510

If the focus is on the window you can move it with WindowsKey + ArrowLeft/Right until you see it.

1And after that you can do WindowsKey + ArrowUP to make it full-screen again. – Rik – 2014-12-19T12:29:16.847

(Or just use the mouse then ;D) – Marcel Burkhard – 2014-12-19T12:29:46.867

That's also a possibility but if your hands are already on your keyboard it's easier to keep holding the WindowsKey and pressing UP (in my experience) :D – Rik – 2014-12-19T12:31:09.377
