Is 192.168.192.158 a device you have on your network? These connections are internal so possibly a printer or other device. – Dave M – 2015-04-24T12:43:37.497

Yes 192.168.192.158 is my own PC – Christ-OFF – 2015-04-24T13:39:45.650

Open connections are common. Use a lookup tool to see what the IPs are. Many are likely related to browsing or a local app like AV or other software that checks for updates(Adobe,Java, Flash and the like). If the IP addresses are not easily identified, you will need to dig further. I would not immediately assume malware – Dave M – 2015-04-28T12:33:18.187

It's malware. I caught mine with "Malwarebytes Anti-Malware", once the software quarantined an number of files, my web browser functioned normally again. All those connections are siphoning off your data and files.
