I have an HP Pavilion DV600 with Windows 7.
Since I reinstalled Windows 7 I cannot access any P2P, torrents etc.
I tried disabling firewall but it makes no difference.

Maybe your IP changed and so any port forwarding you had set up on your router isn't working. So have another look at the port forwarding on your router – barlop – 2014-07-10T22:40:15.887
