EXfat perfomance on harddrive

In windows administration tools, I can choose to format a internal hard drive as exfat.

Harddrive is WDC WD10JPVX 1 TB model

Should I use EXfat on a SATA hard drive?

While you can, it's not recommended, as exfat is optimized for flash drives. You should use NTFS – MauroG – 2014-06-16T00:25:45.467
