The Folder Tab is not appearing in Internet Email Settings in Outlook 2007.
If I send an email from cPanel mail, the sent-item does not update in Outlook.
Also, the Folder Tab does not appear in Email settings.

There isn't really enough information here to say what is happening. We need more information on how your mail server is configured. I assume from the reference to cPanel that you have a shared server somewhere that also gives you a mail service? – Julian Knight – 2014-03-12T13:24:04.827
