MS Access saving changes made in one table to another table

I am trying to create a tables relationship, so that before the record gets changed through the form, it gets saved in the separate table, so that the record before changes can be retrieved for future reference.

I think your logic might be a little off on this one. What if you simply save it in both places every time a change is made? Also you might contract downvotes for asking about 1) homework and 2) you explained no effort on your part. – MonkeyZeus – 2013-10-30T13:30:11.427
