I recently upgraded to Windows 8.1, and after doing so I noticed extremely poor performance when gaming, where as when on windows 8 I was facing no issues. I have downloaded and installed AMD Catalyst™ 13.11 Beta Driver for Windows®. But it makes no difference.
Graphics Card is Radeon HD 6700M, laptop is Hp Pavillion dv7-6014tx.
Any Ideas, what the issue could be?

1Did you try using GPUZ to look at some of the things about it , like link width clock and other things it can show you about the hardware operation and connection? (Getting it from the source, so you dont have more problems.) – Psycogeek – 2013-10-18T07:02:19.003
