I am getting the message user profile service service failed to logon. I have tried safe mode command prompt and still have gotten no results.

Before you resolve the issue, log on to Windows by using another account that has administrative permissions, or restart in safe mode to log on with the built-in administrator account." – Moses – 2013-09-28T03:39:34.240
