How to use iTunes 11 as a radio on an iMac?

Question

Now that DJ has been eviscerated, is there any way of making "Up Next" randomly select and play, say, 150 tunes?

I've tended to use iTunes as my radio rather than my jukebox, and would like to be able to do this still.
