Electric shock with plugged in VGA cable
I have this crt computer monitor with strange problem The signal cable (data cable) holds electricity when i connect the monitor to power
this Electricity affects the whole case : front usb ports ,hard drive and even the ram
the problem appeared when i connect another monitor so it is not caused by the case or the power cable
So what's the solution?

5The grounding of the CRT monitor is probably damaged. Stop using that monitor. Get it repaired or recycle it. – sawdust – 2012-12-27T20:07:36.533
