I am unable to use 'Table of Contents', 'Cover Page', or nay other Document Elements features on Word for Mac 2008. I have used heading options and it still does not work. There are no table of contents options available. Can anyone tell me why this is?

Could you elaborate a little further as to why you cannot use them? Are they greyed out? Does this happen with every document or just one? – Adam – 2013-01-02T03:45:03.187
