4 snap.wix.net.nz (202.7.1.240) 3.546 ms 5.025 ms 3.664 ms

What exactly is your provider's definition of "local"? – David Schwartz – 2012-02-20T02:43:56.323

Anything that is hosted within the country, so New Zealand. Also I wonder how they detect if something is local or not... – Syntax – 2012-02-20T19:34:50.577

All that matters is the destination host IP.

Country: New Zealand (~ City: Christchurch)

See: http://www.geoiptool.com/en/?IP=202.124.127.104
