Word problem after uninstalling Office 2010, then installing Office 2003

Question

I did a clean install of Windows 7, and Office 2010. Then I realized I hate the ribbons, uninstalled Office, and installed Office 2003.

Now, this seems to have left some problem. As when I try to reply to an Outlook e-mail. I get one of the following errors below. I tried "detect and repair", but issue remains. Any ideas what I can do to fix..?

There used to be a utility that would help collect up all of the extraneous files and registry entries if a removal of Office failed (though it doesn't sound like yours put up a fight). I guess they discontinued it, but there is one of those online Fixit tools that may be able to help.
