htop shows huge cpu consumption by the atom up to 150%. However, when I run the atom as root or even any other user, CPU consumption is normal ( ~ 0%). I thought it was caused by some package so I turned off all of them and even turned off some core packages like spell-check, which are also enabled for other users who don't have this problem. That didn't change anything. What could cause this problem?
