Path hyperlink for different users

Question

I'm looking to share files stored on an intranet via hyperlinks :

C:Users\user1\intranet\somesfolders\file

But the person receiving it needs

C:Users\user2\intranet\somesfolders\file

is there a syntax to do:

..\intranet\somefolders\file
