Best way to publish application running on Azure server

Question

We are running a performance optimized Windows Server on Azure. This server is hosting an application which we want to publish to clients. Up to 50 clients distributed over the globe shall be able to connect to the server from their client laptops and start an individual session of the application in parallel on the server.

I have researched a little and found out that this could f. e. be done by RDP session or dedicated tools, e. g. Go-Global.

However, since I am new to the field I would like to ask the forum what is the most appropriate application for this use case. Cost is not a factor but performance (low latency), robustness and ease of use.
