Due to Hyper-V limitation w/ Windows-7 VM, I created Windows-10 VM so I can continue w/ old applications VB6 development.
I'm got VB6 Enterprise installed & updated to Service Pack 6. The catch is I had to disable the "ADO & RDS" option for the install to completed successfully.
I'm now missing the required "ADO & RDS" package. So, I did the google research. There I learned MDAC is discontinued & is replaced with DAC. Also learned Windows 7 is the last supported version for that & isn't included in Windows-8 & up.
Suggestion or wisdom on getting it working for Windows-10.
