While I was viewing the new Privacy permissions, I noticed a file named "env" requesting screen recording permissions. I don't recall any pop-up, I just noticed the request for permissions while authorizing another application. The file is a Unix executable file that is located at the path
"Macintosh HD"/usr/bin/env
How do I know if this file is legitimate? Why is it asking to be able to screen record? Here is a picture of the permission request:
