Windows 10 change window decorator size?

Question

I know that window managers like i3 on linux allow the user to change/remove the decorators (top bars of windows). Since I barely drag windows around by mouse, I would appreciate the sleeker look of smaller bars, for the programs that use the default one. Is this achievable using regedit or perhaps even some 3rd party software?
