I recently got a USB PCMCIA reader, however the software I need to use it with reads from the COM PORTs. How can I change the USB port to a com port o the software can read the PCMCIA card?

1Google give too much noise on search for "taclink card". Make more precise reference, URL for example. USB is Universal Serval Bus but there nothing common with COM port (Serial port).
