Gmail clips the message. Client wants the clipped message to look good

Question

I am sorry for the absence of a sample code as I deliberately decided not to give you the HTML headache because of the following reason:

Our email renders well in all devices with the exception of Gmail on Android and Desktop. Apparently the message is clipped out. When on desktop we click to view the full message, the email renders correctly. But the clipped version gets quite crooked.

When I download the original message on Google it weighs 139 KB.

I tried changing the subject line to see whether the email is not clipped out but this was to no avail.

Is this email too heavy?

Is it possible to tell Gmail from where to clip the email?

Our client does not want to cut the content to make the email lightweight but has asked us whether it is possible that the clipped out version looks ok. I have no idea how can we guarantee that.

Does anyone have any tips?
