Many configuration interfaces of routers or switches only support TLS 1.0 connections with older firmware. Now that support for TLS 1.0 is being removed from most popular browsers, how can one still connect to these old devices to possibly upgrade them to newer firmware?

What solutions are possible entirely depends on the hardware in question. Some device's firmware will be updated to support TLS, some hardware already supports it, but the certificate currently used was created to do so. It really depends on the hardware. You will want to keep a copy of a browser that does support SSL/TLS 1.1- in the event you need to connect to these devices. – Ramhound – 2020-02-08T15:27:53.817
