Mail Merge attachment

So I am using the Mail Merge Toolkit to add attachments to my mass mails. Im using an Access database to get the data, however the file paths in Access get denoted between #'s on Word when I attach the specific field/file. Due to which the file cannot be found by Word when it starts sending out mails.

Any way I can remove the #'s before and after the filepath when it is referenced in Word?
