I have some rules created for prevent internet access for some programs in the Avast Premium Security firewall. When a new program tries to connect internet Avast ask me for a permission and -if I consider it- a new rule is created. I have been using that method for years. Sandboxie is the best Windows sandbox I know. It runs fine and just as I need. I can block the programs to access internet in the Sandboxie configuration, yes, but this is not the question, because the behavior is not the same. The curious thing is that when I run a program inside Sandboxie, Avast don't ask me about permission. Also, there is not rules created for Sandboxie in Avast firewall, so I don't know how Sandboxie and the application running inside is connecting internet. Any thoughts?
